This paper introduces the design and manufacturing technology of aerospace microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) characterized by high performance, multi-variety, and small batch. Moreover, several kinds of special MEMS devices with high precision, high reliability, and environmental adaptability, as well as their typical applications in the fields of aeronautics and aerospace, are presented.

Emerging challenges to structural integrity technology for high-temperature applications

摘要: Structural integrity technology has been widely used with great success for the design, manufacture and failure prevention of modern constructions such as chemical and petrochemical plants, power generation and energy conversion systems, as well as space and oceanic exploration. The modern needs of structural integrity technology are largely attributed to the increase of service temperature of the structures that results in the efficiency improvement in energy conversion and chemical processing technologies. Besides the needs arising from large-scale high-temperature plants, the high tech developments, such as micro chemo-mechanical systems and high-power electronics, provide new challenges to structural integrity technology. The present paper summarizes the recent technical progresses in large process plants and the aviation industry, micro chemo-mechanical systems, fuel cells, high-temperature electronics, and packaging and coating technologies. The state-of-the-art of structural integrity technology for high temperature applications is reviewed. Suggestions are provided for the improvement of current design and assessment methods.

制造企业与制造物流组织的对偶原理

摘要:

制造企业与制造物流的产业组织存在经济学意义上的对偶关系。这种对偶关系取决于三个基本要素:①以制造产品为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;②以制造技术为对象组织生产的规模经济效果;③以制造物流为企业产品交换纽带的交易成本。当制造技术进步和制造物流组织具有规模经济与网络经济效应时,制造物流才能做到迅捷性、低成本性、准时性和可靠性,支撑我国实施制造强国战略。从制造企业的生产组织分析入手,将制造企业划分为以制造产品为对象和以制造技术为对象的两种理想化生产组织,建立模型分析了它们与制造物流的组织耦合特性。

Design Method and Numerical Control Machining Principle for an Arbitrary n-polygon Noncircular Section

摘要:

By analyzing the structure characteristics of arbitrary n-polygon noncircular sections, mathematical formulas among the characteristic parameters were set up, and a theorem for designing this kind of sections was deduced by mathematical induction method. Based on the mechanistic transmission principle, the control theorems for the numerical control (NC) grinding of arbitrary n-polygon noncircular sections and the control model for the multicoordinate motion were built. A feed rate selfadjusting method was proposed to uniform the grinding speed with the changes of sectional curvature. Then, an NC machine tool for grinding n-polygon noncircular sections was developed. The test results of the grinded parts showed that the section profiles accorded with the design demands: the roughness was less than 0.32 ?m and the dimensional accuracy was within 8 ?m. The results prove that the proposed theorems and method can effectively direct the design and manufacture of the polygonal noncircular connection.

陶瓷喷墨打印增材制造技术 Review

摘要:

陶瓷喷墨打印是一种基于微滴累加的成形技术,典型的微滴体积为10~100 pL。实现微滴累加成形的关键是开发稳定的陶瓷墨水,合适的墨水需要满足由雷诺数和韦伯数定义的流变特性参数空间。在微滴累加成形过程中,微滴首先与成形面碰撞变形并消耗动能,然后在毛细管力作用下铺展并达到平衡状态。已经可以确定的是打印过程中微滴相互作用并形成一维线性特征的机理,但是对二维和三维结构成形机理的认识还处于较低水平,成形二维面的稳定性低于成形一维线性结构。多数情况下,墨水通过蒸发固化,微滴碰撞基体所产生的“咖啡环”缺陷需要通过固化工艺加以控制。已经有大量文献报道了使用喷墨打印技术成形各种类型小型陶瓷零件的成功案例。作为一种未来的制造技术,陶瓷喷墨打印技术有广阔的应用前景。本综述的目的是探索陶瓷喷墨打印技术未来潜在的研究领域,加强对这种制造方法的理解。

Computer-Aided Design System for CP Single-Screw Compressor

摘要:

To design various optimum parameters and simulate the working process of CP single-screw compressor, the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system for the CP single-screw compressor has been established. A new method based on computer graphics technology, database technology, object-oriented programming technology, and visual simulation technology has been adopted in this CAD system. The system has integrated solid modeling function with parameterization design function and animator simulation function based on analyzing the working principle of the CP single-screw compressor. The experimental results show that the CAD system for the CP single-screw compressor is practical and feasible.

一种面向CAD装配模型具有完整性校验的新型属性加密方法 Article

摘要:

云制造是实现智能制造的三大关键技术之一。本文提出了一种新的基于属性的计算机辅助设计(CAD)装配模型加密方法,有效地支持云制造中协同设计场景的层次访问控制、完整性验证和变形保护。设计了装配层次访问树(AHAT)作为层次访问结构。部件密文(ACT)文件中包含与属性相关的密文元素,其适用于内容密钥解密而不是CAD装配体文件。我们修改原始的默克尔树(MT)并重建装配体MT。所提出的ABE框架具有将变形保护方法与CAD模型的内容保密性相结合的能力。在标准假设下,所提出的加密方案被证明是安全的。在典型的CAD装配模型上进行的实验仿真表明,该方法在应用中是可行的。

Design and construction of super-long span bridges in China: Review and future perspectives

摘要: Super-long span bridges demand high design requirements and involve many difficulties when constructed, which is an important indicator to reflect the bridge technical level of a country. Over the past three decades, a large percentage of the new long-span bridges around the world were built in China, and thus, abundant technological innovations and experience have been accumulated during the design and construction. This paper aims to review and summarize the design and construction practices of the superstructure, the substructure, and the steel deck paving of the long-span bridges during the past decades as well as the current operation status of the existing long-span bridges in China. A future perspective was given on the developing trend of high-speed railway bridge, bridge over deep-sea, health monitoring and maintenance, intellectualization, standard system, and information technology, which is expected to guide the development direction for the construction of future super long-span bridges and promote China to become a strong bridge construction country.

人工湿地进行废水生态化处理的钢铁园区水网络优化 Article

传统工业优化往往仅限定在工业系统内,限制了优化的潜力。适当扩展系统的边界,将有助于对复杂系统进行更为精确的分析,从而提高工业系统的效率和盈利能力。自然生态系统在物质和能源短缺的情况下,已经进化了数十亿年,生态学家发展了众多的分析工具和指标来表征生态系统的基本运行原理。这些原理为克服传统工业优化技术的瓶颈提供了新的解决方案。具体地说,基于生态原理,通过模仿生态系统中发现的基本功能角色,工业系统可以实现类生态系统的高效组织运行。本文对中国典型钢铁企业的水网络分别采用传统优化模型与基于生态原理驱动的改进模型进行了优化。工业实例研究表明,采用传统优化模型的水网络优化后,可实现新水消耗、废水排放、综合用水成本分别降低23%、29% 和20%;采用基于生态原理驱动的改进模型,水网络优化后,则可使新水用量和综合用水成本进一步降低21%和25%,并实现废水零排放。研究结果表明,基于生态原理驱动的改进优化模型更有利于实现工业系统的可持续发展。

Mathematical model and manufacture programming of loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gear

摘要:

In this paper, loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gear is proposed as a novel application of the circular-arc tooth profile at the gear transmission with intersecting axes. Based on the principle of molding-surface conjugation, the study develops a mathematical model for the tooth alignment curve and the computational flow at the design stage to enable the generation of the tooth surface. Machining of the tooth surface is then carried out to determine the interference-free tool path of the numerical control (NC). Moreover, a pair of loxodromic-type normal circular-arc spiral bevel gears is manufactured on computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. The proposed theory and method are experimentally investigated, and the obtained results primarily reflect the superior performance of the proposed novel gear.

The energy transition also calls for electricity- market redesign. Low-carbon technologies will fundamentally reshape the electricity sector. The electricity generation and demand will be significantly unpredictable and uncontrollable thus require for a more sophisticated system operation to guarantee the grid stability and reliability. The higher difficulty induced by the green-technology penetration expose the electricity-market to a higher market-failure risk. Thus, the future low-carbon electricity-market and associated regulation scheme require a comprehensive new design.
